加拿大一枝黄花甲醇提取物抑菌活性研究

摘  要:
以大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌作为测试菌株,对加拿大一枝黄花甲醇提取物的各萃取部位进行了抑菌活性测定。结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花乙酸乙酯萃取部位抑菌活性最强,正丁醇萃取部位次之,石油醚萃取部位抑菌活性最差。推测与乙酸乙酯部位含有的酚类化合物有关,因此进一步对该部位分离得到的其中3个酚类化合物山萘酚(1)、槲皮素(2)及3,5-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(4)的抑菌活性进行了研究。其中化合物山萘酚(1)、槲皮素(2)的抑菌活性较强。

摘  要:
The antibacterial activity of each extraction part of the methanol extracts from Solidago canadensis L.was studied using Escherichia coli,Salmonella sp.,Shigella dysenteriae,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans as the test bacteria.The results showed that the EtOAc extraction part displayed the best antibacterial activity,the n-BuOH part had the lower activity,and the Petr part had the worst activity.It was probable associated with the phenolic compounds.So the antibacterial activities of 3 phenolic compounds,kaempferol(1),quercetin(2) and methyl 3,5-dihydroxybenzoate(4),isolated from the EtOAc extraction part were studied further more.And kaempferol(1) and quercetin(2) were found displaying stronger antibacterial activities.
