割除时期对加拿大一枝黄花生长和发育的影响

摘  要:
割除是控制外来入侵植物生长发育和扩散的常用手段之一。为了解割除时间对控制加拿大一枝黄花的影响,进行盆栽试验,在其营养生长的初期和中期以及初花期和盛花期分别割除植株的地上部分,比较加拿大一枝黄花各部分所受到的影响。结果表明,营养生长中期割除地上部分可减少根茎的产生,但割除时间和植株根茎粗细没有显著关系。营养生长期割除使植株生物量减少,盛花期割除会增加植株生物量。营养生长初期的割除能减少植株茎和叶;营养生长中期的割除能减少植株的根茎和根;初花期的割除可使植株不产生花序,但叶片量增加。营养生长中期和初花期割除使植株地下部分生物量占比增加。可见,在植株营养生长中期割除地上部分对控制加拿大一枝黄花的根茎扩散最有效,在初花期割除能消除加拿大一枝黄花的种子产生,从而控制大规模远距离扩散。

摘  要:
One of common means for managing the alien invasive plants is to remove plant shoots mechanically.The aim of the study is to understand what phase is appropriate to carry out the removal.A pot planting garden experiment was conducted to study the growth and development of the plant’s different parts with removing shoots at the phase of initial vegetative growth,of flourishing vegetative growth,of initial flowering,and of florescent flowering.Shoot removal at the phase of flourishing vegetative growth reduced the rhizome production,but no significant difference in rhizome thickness was detected whenever removal of the shoots.The plants accumulated the least biomass when shoot removal occurred at the phases of vegetative growth,and the greatest biomass if shoot removal at the phase of florescent flowering.The least stems and leaves were produced when removal at the initial vegetative growth phase;the least rhizomes and roots were produced when removal at the flourishing vegetative growth phase;no inflorescences but the greatest leaves were produced when removal at the initial flowering phase;the greatest rhizomes and inflorescences would have been produced if removal was delayed to the phase of florescent flowering.The plants will invest the most biomass to belowground parts if shoot removal at the phases of flourishing vegetative growth and of initial flowering.To conclude,it is the most effective to control the plant’s local expansion if shoot removal is conducted at the phase of flourishing vegetative growth,while to control the production of seeds,which is the most crucial to control the plant’s widely extending,the shoot removal should be carried out at the phase of initial flowering.
