芙蓉葵苗期根系生长对盐胁迫的响应

摘  要:
以当年生芙蓉葵钵育幼苗为试材,采用盆栽浇盐方法对芙蓉葵幼苗进行耐盐试验,设计0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14g/kg不同土壤含盐量的处理,研究盐分对芙蓉葵植株生长及根系生长的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫显著抑制了芙蓉葵地上部(茎、叶)、根部(粗根、细根)及植株总生物量的积累;盐胁迫抑制了芙蓉葵株高及基径的生长,土壤含盐量越高,株高和基径停止生长时间越早。盐胁迫下芙蓉葵的根冠比与对照相比均有不同增加,芙蓉葵地上部和根部的盐敏感指数和耐性指数随土壤含盐量的增加下降趋势明显,根系总长度、表面积与对照相比均有明显增加,总体积在低盐(0~6g/kg)胁迫下增加明显,高盐(8~14g/kg)胁迫下降低,但与对照相比变化不明显。证明了芙蓉葵根系在逆境下能够通过增加根系的生物量以提高根长和根系的表面积来适应盐胁迫环境,而根系的平均直径变化不大。

摘  要:
Taking Hibiscus moscheutos seedlings which were planted in the pots as material,different concentrated saline water was irrigated into the soil to control the soil salinity.Eight different soil salinities(0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14g/kg)were designed for processing.The seedling growth and roots in different soil salinity were studied.The result showed that soil salt stress significantly inhibited the total biomass accumulation of the Hibiscus moscheutos' aboveground part(stem and leaf)and root(coarse roots,fine root);salt stress also inhibited the plant's height and its basal diameter growth,the higher the soil salt content was,the earlier the height and basal diameter growth stopped.Under salt stress,the root to shoot ratio of H.moscheutos increased,and salt sensitive index and resistance index significantly decreased with the increasing of soil salt content.In salt stress,compared with the control,the root length and root surface area increased,total root volume in the low salinity(0-6g/kg)significantly increased,but in high salinity(8-14g/kg)significantly decreased,but there were no significant difference compared with control.The study indicated that in adverse environment the Hibiscus mascheutos could increase the root surface area and root length by increasing root biomass to adapt to the salt stress environment,but little change happened in the root average diameter.
