不同种源地虎奶菇菌种培养基筛选试验研究

摘  要：
通过3个虎奶菇种源菌株在6种不同母种培养基上的菌丝生长速度与生长势的比较,3个种源虎奶菇在母种培养基M6即酵母粉综合培养基表现均为最佳,无论从生长速度,还是生长势(菌丝雪白、菌落浓厚、菌丝均匀整齐、紧密)上来讲都最适合菌丝生长,可作为虎奶菇菌株母种繁殖的首选培养基。

摘  要：
The hypha growth rate and the hypha growth vigor on six different culture media of three provenances strains of Pleurotustuber-regium( Fr.) Singer. were compared respectively.The best culture media M6 was selected. Three provenances of Pleurotustuber-regium( Fr.) Singer. were grown on culture media M6( Yeast powder culture) grew fast, snow-white,thick and vigor.
