日粮中添加纳豆芽孢杆菌对断奶后犊牛生长性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究纳豆芽孢杆菌对断奶后犊牛生产性能、料重比、胴体率等指标的影响。试验选取12头60日龄左右中国荷斯坦奶牛公犊牛,采用完全区组设计,按体重差异随机分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组。试验中直接给犊牛饲喂纳豆芽孢杆菌菌液,至其开食料采食量达到规定要求时断奶,之后再饲喂7周屠宰,称胴体重。结果表明:(1)断奶后,试验1组犊牛日增重较对照组提高了16.2%(P=0.09),试验2组提高了22.1%(P=0.02);(2)与对照组相比较,试验1组和试验2组犊牛日采食量分别提高了6.1%(P>0.05)和5.6%(P>0.05);(3)试验1组、试验2组料重比也有降低的趋势,但与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);(4)试验1组、试验2组胴体率较对照组有显著提高(P=0.01)。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis Natto on growth performance of weaned calves. Twelve male Holstein calves were used in a complete randomized block design, and allotted to 3 groups: (1) control group; (2) treatment 1 fed with N1 type Bacillus subtilis Natto; (3) treatment 2 fed with Na type Bacillus subtilis Natto. The experiment ended on the seventh week after the weaning, and the calves were slaughtered in 2 days when the experiment end. The results were as follows: compared with the control group (1) average daily weight gain of calves in treatment 1 were increased to 16.2% ( P=0.09), and that of treatment 2 increased to 22.1% ( P=0.02); (2) the DMI in the treatment 1 and treatment 2 were increased to 6.1% (P>0.05) and 5.6% (P>0.05), respectively; (3) the feed conversion ratio were decreased of treatment 1 and treatment 2, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05); (4) the carcass rate of treatment 1 and treatment 2 were significantly enhanced.
