重型牵引车驱动桥壳的有限元分析

摘  要:
通过对所建立的有限元模型进行4种典型工况下的静力分析,得到驱动桥壳的最大应力和应变值及其分布情况。然后对驱动桥壳进行了台架试验,验证了建立的驱动桥壳有限元模型与实际情况符合,精度满足基本要求。最后为得到驱动桥壳的振动特性进行了自由模态分析。分析结果表明,该驱动桥壳具有良好的强度、刚度和动态特性。

摘  要:
The maximum stress and strain of drive axle and its distribution were obtained through static analysis to the finite element model at four typical working conditions. Then it was verified that the finite element model built was in line with the actual situation on the bench test and the accuracy meets the basic requirements. Finally, the free modal analysis of drive axle housing was carried out.The results of analysis show that the axle housing has high strength, rigidity and dynamic characteristics.
