摘  要:
为对茶叶质量安全进行有效跟踪与追溯,对产地进行快速、准确、简捷地鉴别,探讨利用RFID技术、铅同位素指纹溯源技术、近红外光谱分析技术、X射线荧光技术以及热分析技术,建立茶叶质量安全跟踪与追溯体系,一旦发现茶叶存在质量安全问题,可结合茶叶产品信息数据库对茶叶质量进行跟踪与追溯,以查出问题的环节并对茶叶的产地进行鉴定。

摘  要:
In order to effectively track and trace back the quality and safety of tea,identify the origin rapidly,accurately and easlly,we established tracking and tracing back system of quality and safety.RFID technology,source of lead isotope fingerprint technology,Near Infrared Spectroscopy,Xray fluorescence technology and thermal analysis.If some issues happened,the database of tea products information could be used to track and trace back the part of problem and identify the origin of tea.
