晒黄烟大棚调制技术研究

摘  要:
为测定晒黄烟在大棚内最佳可控调制条件,对宁乡县晒黄烟大棚调制技术进行研究,对比分析大棚内各试验处理调制效果。结果表明,调制后上等烟比例与调制期间温度、湿度存在一定的相关关系,调制期间相对湿度在65%~70%,温度在35~40℃与烟叶上等烟比例呈极显著的正相关;大棚调制总体质量高于常规调制;绳索区调制能力最高,同等面积可调制的烟量为常规调制的6.67倍,上等烟比例为71.48%,比常规调制高26.16%,总糖、还原糖、K+等主要化学成分含量均高于其它处理,比例最为适宜。

摘  要:
In order to determine the most suitalbe modulation condition in inner shed,an experiment was carried in Ningxiang county.The results showed that there existed certain correlation between the rate of excellent tobacco and temperature-humidity in modulation period,and the correlation was extreme significant postive when the temperature was between 35℃and 40℃,and humidity between 65% and 70%.The total quality of modulation technique were better than that of the regular,and the modulability of rope region which was 6.67 times of the regular at the same area was highest among shed modulation,and the rate of excellent tobacco was 71.48% and 26.16% higher than the regular modulation,while the chemical component content of the total sugar,reducing sugar and K+ were also higher than the other modulation.
