贺州晒黄烟主要生物碱含量与其评吸质量的相关性研究

摘  要：
对广西贺州51个晒黄烟样品进行了生物碱含量测定和感官质量评价,并对主要生物碱含量与评吸质量的关系进行了研究。结果表明:51个晒黄烟样品烟碱平均含量为2.94%,总生物碱平均含量为3.19%,均介于优质烟生产要求的烤烟和白肋烟范围之间,主要生物碱含量由大到小依次是烟碱、新烟草碱、降烟碱和假木贼碱;不同部位烟叶主要生物碱及总生物碱含量随着部位的降低而减小;四种生物碱与劲头得分均呈极显著正相关,与刺激性得分均呈极显著负相关;新烟草碱与评吸质量的相关性较大,降烟碱与烟叶刺激性和劲头的相关程度较大。

摘  要：
Major alkaloids of 51 samples were determined,and their sensory qualities were evaluated.The relationship between major alkaloid contents and smoking quality was studied.Results showed that total alkaloid content and nicotine content in sun-cured tobacco leaves in Hezhou were 3.19% and 2.94%,respectively.Nicotine content was the highest among all alkaloids,followed by anatabine,nornicotine and anabasine.Major and total alkaloid contents showed decreasing trend in lower stalk position leaves.Four major alkaloids showed significantly positive correlation with physiological strength,while significantly negative correlation with irritancy.
