利用体外产气法研究苜蓿青贮与玉米青贮组合效应的瘤胃发酵特征

摘  要:
【目的】在研究苜蓿青贮和玉米青贮组合效应的瘤胃发酵特征。【方法】苜蓿青贮与玉米青贮分别以0∶100(AS0)、20∶80(AS20)、40∶60(AS40)、60∶40(AS60)、80∶20(AS80)、100∶0(AS100)六个比例组合,通过体外产气法培养72 h,研究不同组合效应对瘤胃培养液发酵的pH值、氨态氮浓度(NH3-N)、降解率、产气量和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量的影响。【结果】72 h发酵结束时,各试验组体外降解液pH值均在7.17~7.58,AS20显著低于AS0,极显著低于其它试验组(P<0.01);AS80的NH3-H值极显著高于AS0、AS20(P<0.01),显著高于AS40、AS60和AS100(P<0.05);体外降解率AS80最高,AS20、AS40、AS60、AS100之间差异不显著(P>0.05);体外产气量随苜蓿青贮的比例增加而增加,其中AS100和AS80较高;AS60、AS80的乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和总挥发性脂肪酸均极显著高于AS0(P<0.01);乙酸/丙酸和乙酸/总挥发性脂肪酸中,AS20最低(P<0.01),其它各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】苜蓿青贮和玉米青贮不同比例组合可提高粗饲料的利用效率,其中AS80组比例最佳。

摘  要:
【Objective】The purpose of this experiment is to study the rumen fermentation characteristics of the combined effects of alfalfa silage and corn silage. 【Method】Alfalfa silage and corn silage were 0∶ 100(AS0),20∶ 80(AS20),40∶ 60(AS40),60∶ 40(AS60),80∶ 20(AS80),100∶ 0(AS100) six proportional combination,through in vitro gas production method for 72 h culture,the effects of different combinations of rumen pH value of liquid fermentation,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),the degradation rate,gas production and volatile fatty acids(VFA) production were researched.【Result】The results showed that the end of the 72 h fermentation,each test group in vitro degradation of pH values were between 7. 17 to7. 58,AS20 was significantly lower than AS0 and extremely lower than the other test groups(P < 0. 01); the AS80 NH3-H value was extremely higher than AS0,AS20(P < 0. 01),significantly higher than the AS40,AS60 and AS100(P < 0. 05); between the in vitro degradation rate AS80 was the highest,and the difference between AS20,AS40,AS60 and AS100 was not significant(P > 0. 05); vitro gas production increased with the increase in the proportion of alfalfa silage,which AS100 and AS80 were higher; AS60,AS80 acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids were significantly higher than AS0(P < 0. 01);Among the acetic acid/propionic acid and acetic acid/total volatile fatty acids,AS20 was the lowest(P <0. 01),and the difference between the other groups was not significant(P > 0. 05). 【Conclusion】It is concluded that the different proportions of alfalfa silage and corn silage combination can improve the efficiency of utilization of roughage,among which AS80 group proportion was the best.
