基于太赫兹技术的中草药烘干精准控制方法

摘  要:
为解决目前烘干能耗高、效率低、烘干品质不均等中草药烘干过程中面临的主要问题,提出了一种基于太赫兹技术的中草药烘干控制方法.该方法通过建立太赫兹波放射频率模型,确定只对水敏感而对中草药的主要药效成分不敏感的太赫兹波段,以精准确定太赫兹板温度范围;选用Weibull模型作为中草药干燥的动力学模型,进而构建出干燥时间最短、碳排放量最少的双目标模型并对其进行求解,确定出物料厚度、湿度等烘干最优参数解集.以烘干月见草根部为例,确定出最优参数解集为:风机风速1.5 m/s、物料厚度5 cm、太赫兹板的温度130℃和湿度20%.实践表明,该控制方法通过精准设定中草药烘干参数,能够有效降低烘干能耗及成本,大幅度提升烘干效率和品质.

摘  要:
In order to solve the main problems faced in the current drying process of herbal medicine such as high drying energy con-sumption,low efficiency and uneven drying quality,a method of herbal medicine drying control based on terahertz technology is pro-posed.The method is based on the establishment of terahertz wave radiation frequency model to determine the terahertz wave band that is only sensitive to water but not to the main medicinal components of herbs,in order to accurately determine the temperature range of the terahertz plate.The Weibull model is selected as the kinetic model for drying of herbs,and then the dual-objective model with the shortest drying time and the lowest carbon emission is constructed and solved,and the optimal parameter solution sets of drying such as the thickness of materials,humidity,etc.are determined.The optimal parameter solution set for drying was deter-mined.This paper took the drying of Oenothera biennis root as an example,the optimal parameter solution set is determined as:fan wind speed 1.5 m/s,material thickness 5 cm,temperature of terahertz plate 130 ℃ and humidity 20%.Practice showed that this con-trol method can effectively reduce the drying energy consumption and cost,and substantially improve the drying efficiency and quali-ty by accurately setting the drying parameters of Chinese herbs.
