玉米花粉剥离扫描观察

摘  要:
用层层剥离玉米花粉的新技术,以扫描电镜(S—450)观察。玉米花粉为近球形,直径约为80—85微米,表面为细颗粒状,萌发孔为单孔(远极孔),具孔缘,孔盖,孔环,粉壁外壁层可分为复盖层、柱状层、基足层和外壁第二内层。粉壁内壁层仅为一层。外壁第二内层外侧面为更细的颗粒状,萌发孔具有较薄的孔缘和孔环(围绕萌发孔中央凸起的一道环状间隙),外壁第二内层内侧面光滑,萌发孔具有很薄的内孔缘。内壁的外侧面是光滑的细片状结构。

摘  要:
The corn pollen grain is nearly globular, about 80—85 μm in diameter. Its surface is ornamented with dots. Its germinating pore is a monoporate(an anatreme), with pore border, pore ring and pore lid. Pollen wall has been observed under the scanning electron microscope by the wall layer separating technique: the exine of pollen wall is made of rectum, bacules layer, foot layer (nexine—1)and nexine—2. Its intine is a simple layer. The outer surface of the nexine—2 is decorated with smaller dots but its germinating pore has thinner pore border and pore ring than the former. Its inner suface is smooth. The thin pore border is located near the germinating pore. The outer surface of the intine is decorated with scale-like plate structure.
