玉米花粉诱导小麦单倍体技术研究进展

摘  要:
小麦与玉米杂交利用玉米染色体的消失而产生小麦单倍体是快速培育小麦新品种和构建特殊遗传群体的重要途径。针对玉米花粉诱导小麦单倍体技术研究现状,系统归纳总结了不同培养基、胚龄、幼胚大小对小麦单倍体诱导技术的影响以及小麦单倍体加倍的最新研究进展。

摘  要:
Wheat haploid which produced crosses of wheat×maize is the important way to rapid breed new varieties of wheat and construct special genetic group. This article summarized the latest research progress about different culture medium, the embryonic age and young embryo size to induction technology of wheat haploid. This paper also reviewed the research progress of wheat haploid doubling.
