响应面法优化桂花总黄酮提取工艺

摘  要:
以桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)干粉为原料,采用索氏提取法从中提取总黄酮,考察乙醇溶液体积分数、液料比(V乙醇∶m桂花粉,mL/g)、提取时间对桂花中总黄酮提取率的影响,并利用Box-Behnken试验设计进行响应面分析。结果表明索氏提取法提取桂花总黄酮的最优工艺条件为乙醇溶液体积分数83%、液料比29.8∶1、提取时间3.1 h,此条件下桂花中总黄酮提取率可达19.1%。

摘  要:
Total flavonoids were extracted from flower of Osmanthus fragrans by Soxhlet extraction method.The effects of volume fraction of alcohol,liquid to solid ratio(Valcohol ∶mosmanthus fragrans,mL/g),extraction time on yield of flavonoids were studied.Response surface method was employed to optimize the extraction process.Results showed that the optimum conditions for Soxhlet extraction of total flavonoids were alcohol volume fraction,83%;liquid to solid ratio,29.8∶1;extraction time,3.1 h.Extraction yield of total flavonoids was 19.1% under these conditions.
