摘 要:
OMNI sampler, the attenuated total reflection accessory of the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(ATR-FTIR), was used to collect the infrared spectra of six kinds of Osmanthus fragrans belonging to four different species including thunbergii,latifolius,aurantiacus ‘Pucheng',aurantiacus ‘Yingye',semperflorens ‘Tianxiangtaige',semperflorens ‘Xiaoye' from Xianning city, Hubei province. Results showed that the absorption peaks of the infrared spectra for different samples in the area of 1 731~1 022 cm-1were quite different from each other. The ATR-FTIR technique could rapidly identify different kinds of O. fragrans.
