摘 要：
利用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)分子标记,对咸宁地区的32个桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)品种进行了亲缘关系研究。15对引物共扩增出210个谱带,其中182个为多态性谱带,多态性比率达86.67%;其中银桂品种群的Shannon's信息指数(0.339 3)和遗传多样性指数(0.216 4)最高。遗传多样性分析表明供试桂花品种群间的遗传分化系数为57.89%,说明品种群间遗传分化高。根据扩增结果进行聚类分析,在遗传相似系数0.644水平上可将32个桂花品种分为5个类群。供试品种的地理分布与其分类学地位具一定的相关性。

摘 要：
The genetic relationship of 32 Osmanthus fragrans cultivars in Xianning was analyzed by sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP).210 bands were amplified from 15 primer pairs,out of which 182 were polymorphic,accounting for 86.67%.The Shannon's index(0.339 3) and genetic diversity(0.216 4) within Albus group were the highest among 4 cultivar groups of O.fragrans.A high level of genetic differentiation(57.89%) among O.fragrans cultivar groups was detected based on Nei's genetic diversity analysis.According to the dendrogram constructed by UPGMA,the cultivars were classified into 5 groups at the level of genetic coefficient 0.644.The geographical distributions of the tested cultivars were correlated to their taxonomic positions.
