弱光对番茄幼苗功能叶片叶绿素荧光参数的影响

摘  要:
对弱光处理下4个弱光耐受性不同的番茄品系苗期功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数进行了研究。结果表明:弱光处理使4个品系的叶绿素荧光参数发生了不同的变化。其中除品系1、2的初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)降低,品系3、4的Fo、Fm增加外,4个品系的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)均比对照升高,即光系统Ⅱ反应中心的光化学潜能增强。但弱光却降低了4个品系光系统Ⅱ的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学荧光猝灭系数(qP),这可能是弱光降低光合作用的一个原因,其中品系1、2的降低幅度较小。各品系非光化学荧光猝灭系数(qN)受弱光影响较小。

摘  要:
The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of seedling function leaves in 4tomato strains were investigated under low light density environments.The results showed that the different changing of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters occurred in 4tomato stains under low light density.Except the initial fluorescence(Fo)and maximal fluorescence (Fm)were lower in stains 1,2and higher in stains 3,4under low light density environments,the PSⅡmaximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)and latent photochemical activity(Fv/Fo)were higher than control light density,it meant that the photochemical potentiality of PSⅡreaction centers was enhanced.But the PSⅡreal photochemical efficiency (ΦPSⅡ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)decreased,it perhaps was the one of the reasons that the photosynthesis decreased in low light density,and the decreased extent was lower in stains 1,2than that in stains 3,4.It was tiny that the effect of low light density on nonphotochemical quenching coefficient(qN)in 4tomato stains.
