鸡尾酒系列四季秋海棠栽培基质的筛选

摘  要:
通过盆栽试验研究4种栽培基质土壤(M1)、草炭∶珍珠岩2∶1(M2)、陶粒(M3)、蛭石∶缓释肥25∶1(M4)对四季秋海棠的株高、冠幅、小花数及地上和地下部的鲜重和干重、根系长度及C、H、N、S含量等的影响。结果表明,在四季秋海棠的营养生长期和生殖生长期,M2基质最有利于四季秋海棠株高的增加、冠幅的增大和小花数的增多,同时有利于四季秋海棠地上和地下部生物量的增加及植株根系的伸长;在M2中,四季秋海棠C和S元素含量与在对照M1中差异显著;因此,在进行四季秋海棠盆花栽培时,可选用M2作为无土栽培的基质。

摘  要:
In order to select the optimum planting substrate,four types of substrates(including M1(soil),M2(peat∶perlite 2∶1),M3(pottery grain),and M4(vermiculite∶slow-release fertilizer 25∶1) were used in this study.The growth indices(including plant height,crown diameter,biomass,root length etc.),flower trait index(including flower number) and contents of C,H,N and S were investigated for determination of the optimum substrate for Begonia semperflorens Link et Otto cv.Cocktail series,and the results are as follows:①Judging from the observation of growth stage of vegetation and reproduction,M2 was the best one for the increase of height,crown diameter,and floret number.②The measurement of wet and dry above and below-ground weight of Begonia semperflorens and root length showed that M2 was the best to increase the above-and below-ground biomass and root length.③Begonia semperflorens growing in M2 showed higher contents of C and S than in M1.The medium M2 is the optimum material for soilless culture of Begonia semperflorens from the point of appreciating characters and nutrient feature.
