四季秋海棠无土栽培营养液配方的筛选

摘  要:
采用4种营养液配方,对其叶片数、株高、冠幅、花序数、小花数、雄花径和生长量进行比较研究,以筛选出最适宜四季秋海棠生长的营养液配方。结果表明,与铁十字秋海棠配方(T1)比较,Hoagland和Snyde(1938)(T4)通用配方对四季秋海棠的叶片数、株高、冠幅、生长量、花序数、小花数增加影响显著,但对雄花径的影响不显著;日本园试通用配方(T7)对四季秋海棠的花序数、小花数、雄花径、株高、冠幅增加影响显著,而对叶片数影响不显著。银星秋海棠配方(T2)对四季秋海棠的生长影响与T1差异不显著。因此,在进行四季秋海棠无土栽培时,营养生长时期可选用T4营养液配方,生殖生长时期可选用T7营养液配方。

摘  要:
In order to select the best formulations of nutrient solution for soilless cultivation of Begonia semperflorens,four formulations were selected to carry out hydroponic experiments of B.semperflorens.Several main growth characteristics including leaf number,plant height,crown diameter,inflorescence number,floret number,staminate flower diameter,growth amount were studied in this paper.The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf number,plant height,crown diameter,growth amount,inflorescence number,floret number between formulations of Hoagland and Snyde(1938)(T4) and B.massoniana formulation(T1),while there were not obvious differences in staminate flower diameter.There were obvious differences in inflorescence number,floret number,staminate flower diameter,plant height,crown diameter between Japanese YuanShi formulation(T7) and T1,while there were not obvious differences in leaf number.However,no obvious differences in growth were found between Begonia×argenteo-guttata formulation(T2) and T1.We suggests that T4 was selected to promote nutritional growth and T7 was selected to promote reproductive growth when B.semperflorens were cultured soilless.
