低温胁迫对两种丛生竹抗氧化剂活性影响的研究

摘  要:
以慈竹和大叶慈竹为材料,在不同低温条件(5、0、-5、-10、-20℃)处理下,研究其叶片SOD、CAT、POD,3种抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:低温处理后,慈竹和大叶慈竹的SOD、CAT均表现为先降后升的趋势,慈竹POD活性随温度降低而降低,大叶慈竹POD活性维持在较低水平。大叶慈竹主要依靠较高的SOD和CAT活性抵御低温伤害,慈竹则凭借较高的SOD和POD活性使活性氧(AOS)在相对较低的水平来抵御低温伤害。

摘  要:
Change of SOD,CAT,and POD activity in Neosinocalamus affinis and Dendrocalamus farinosu were assayed under low temperature(5,0,-5,-10,-20℃).The results showed that SOD and CAT activity in both two sympodial bamboos leaves decreased first and then increased,and POD activity in Neosinocalamus affinis decreased while the temperature fell down,but there was marginal change in Dendrocalamus farinosu.Higher SOD and CAT activity protective Dendrocalamus farinosu under low temperature,and higher SOD and POD activity kept reactive oxygen species(AOS)at a lower level protective Neosinocalamus affinis under low temperature.
