产学研相结合,提升畜牧学科创新型人才培养质量

摘  要：
畜牧学科本科教学产学研相结合培养模式可以使学生理论与实践相结合,提升学生的专业知识水平,激发学生的科研兴趣,同时有利于企业科技进步和学校科研成果的转化。创新畜牧学科产学研相结合人才培养模式,应提高教师教学水平,优化教师队伍结构,建设产学研一体化的实践教学基地,在此基础上通过加强现场教学和生产实例教学、建立科学讲坛和技术讲坛、承担企业委托公关难题、承担企业技术托管等手段,使产学研相结合的人才培养模式发挥重要作用。

摘  要：
The cultivation mode of combining production,study and research in undergraduate teaching of animal husbandry can enable students to combine theory and practice,improve their professional knowledge level,stimulate their interest in scientific research,and at the same time is conducive to the scientific and technological progress of enterprises and the transformation of scientific research results of the school.It is necessary to improve the teaching level of teachers,optimize the structure of the teaching team,and build the practice teaching base which integrates production,teaching and research.On this basis,such methods like strengthening the on-site teaching and production example teaching,the establishment of science and technology forum,undertaking the tasks of tackling key problems entrusted by enterprises,as we as enterprise technology trusteeship can bring the role of talent training model with the combination of industry-university-research into full play.
