纳米材料对夏橙贮藏保鲜效果的影响

摘  要:
研究了纳米材料不同处理A(包装箱底放置喷涂纳米材料的特制蜂窝纸)、B(用喷涂纳米材料的包装纸进行单果包装)、C(在包装箱隔板和内壁喷涂纳米材料)在夏橙常温贮藏过程中的保鲜效果,分别对其感官指标、理化指标和微生物指标进行分析。结果表明,纳米材料有助于延长夏橙的保鲜期,有效地提高夏橙的保鲜品质,在好果率、失水率、果实糖度和酸度以及风味等方面好于普通材料,并在抑制果实呼吸强度和抑菌方面效果明显。综合各种指标,纳米材料处理B的保鲜效果最好。

摘  要:
Effects of a nanomaterial on preservation quality of valencia orange were studied during normal temperature storage. Treatment A was special honeycomb paper sprayed nanomaterials laying at the bottom of packing-case. Treatment B was single fruit packing by wrapping paper sprayed nanomaterials. Treatment C was spraying nanomaterials on the packing-case clapboard and the lining. The sensory index, physical and chemical index, microorganisms index were analyzed. Results showed that compared with the contrast, nanomaterial could prolong storage life and effectively improve the quality of valencia orange. The nanomaterial had good effect on the decayed rate, water loss rate, the content of soluble sugar and acid, flavor. The nanomaterial could effectively decrease the respiration rate and had obvious antibacterial effect. Comprehensively, treatment B was the best.
