黑木耳复合多糖口服制剂对小鼠免疫功能的效应

摘  要:
以黑木耳为主料,以猴头菇、姬松茸、香菇、灰树花为辅料,制成黑木耳复合多糖口服制剂。通过对小鼠细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能及相关指标的试验和检验结果,0.25mL/(kg·bw·d)、0.50mL/(kg·bw·d)、1.50m L/(kg·bw·d)组小鼠脾淋巴细胞中加Con A孔与不加ConA孔吸光度的差值高于0m L/(kg·bw·d)组;0.50m L/(kg·bw·d)、1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d)组耳壳增重高于0 mL/(kg·bw·d)组;1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d)组小鼠溶血空斑数高于0m L/(kg·bw·d)组;0.25 mL/(kg·bw·d)、0.50 mL/(kg·bw·d)、1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d)组小鼠血清半数溶血值(HC50)高于0 mL/(kg·bw·d)组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明黑木耳复合多糖口服制剂具有明显的增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。

摘  要:
Oral liquid is made from Auricularia auricula-judae,with Hericium erinaceus,Agaricus blazei murrill,Lentinula edodes,and Grifola frondosa.It is made to study its effect on the immunological function in mice.Through the experiment of mice cellular humoral immune function,and testing its related indicators,the results show,the difference between the absorbance of ConA and the ConA-free mice spleen lymphocytes in 0.25 mL/(kg·bw·d),0.50 mL/(kg·bw·d),1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d) group was significantly higher than control group;ear shell weight gain of 0.50 mL/(kg·bw·d) and 1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d) group is significantly higher than control group;the number of hemolytic plaques in the 1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d) group was significantly higher than control group;the serum half-hemolytic value(HC50) of 0.25 mL/(kg·bw·d),0.50 mL/(kg·bw·d),1.50 mL/(kg·bw·d) group was significantly higher than control group.The results showed that A.auricular-judae composite polysaccharides oral liquid has an obvious effect on improving the immune function of mice.
