菠萝皮渣的营养成分分析及利用的研究

摘  要:
探讨了菠萝加工副产物菠萝皮渣的营养价值及饲用效果。采用国家标准方法测定了菠萝加工副产物菠萝皮渣的常规营养成分,并将其以不同梯度配入贵妃鸡日粮中,观测对鸡生长、采食量及胴体性能的影响。结果表明,菠萝皮渣饲料中无氮浸出物和纤维含量较高,分别为45.37%、27.70%;钙含量中等偏上为0.54%;蛋白、脂肪和磷含量偏低,分别为7.60%、2.40%、0.06%;并含多种矿物元素。贵妃鸡日粮中使用2.5%的菠萝皮渣不影响生长和胴体性能,但添加量增加至5%时,贵妃鸡的采食量稍有下降、生长速度变慢,饲料利用效率有所降低,腿肌率、腹脂率和皮脂厚有降低的趋势。可见,菠萝皮渣含有丰富的营养物质,可作为能量饲料应用到贵妃鸡日粮中,其添加量以2.5%左右为宜。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the nutritional value and feeding effects of pineapple by-products in Princess chickens.The composition of pineapple by-products was determined by proximate analysis using the national standard methods,and changes in growth performance,feed intake and the carcass characteristics were investigated by supplementation of pineapple by-products at a level of 2.5% or 5% in diet of Princess chickens.Results showed that pineapple by-products contained non-protein nitrogen,crude fiber,crude protein,ether extract,calcium and phosphorus at the level of 45.37%,27.70%,7.60%,2.40%,0.54% and 0.06% respectively.Pineapple by-products supplementation at the level of 2.5% in diet of Princess chickens showed no influence on growth and carcass characteristics,while 5% supplementation significantly decreased the feed intake,growth and feed conversion rate,and tended to decrease the leg muscle percentage,abdominal fat percentage and subcutaneous fat of Princess chickens.In conclusion,the pineapple by-product could be applied in diet of Princess chickens as a feedstuff due to a plenty of nutrients,and the optimal supplemental level seemed to be about 2.5% for growth and carcass characteristics of Princess chickens.
