NGF及其受体在雄鸡睾丸组织中的定位及表达

摘  要:
分别取14,20,24,35周龄同批次放养土鸡的睾丸组织,一部分经液氮处理后提取总蛋白,通过Western blot技术检测其表达量;另取一部分通过免疫组织化学技术对目的蛋白进行定位分析,研究神经生长因子(Nerve Growth Factor,NGF)及其受体NGFR(P75)在雄鸡睾丸组织中的定位及表达情况。结果表明,NGF及P75蛋白在各发育阶段的雄鸡睾丸组织内均有表达;随着日龄增加,表达部位有所变化,且NGF及P75的蛋白表达量随各发育阶段呈增加趋势。研究结果对于阐明NGF及其受体在禽类生殖发育中调节作用的分子机理有重要意义。

摘  要:
The testes of 14, 20, 24, 35-week-old roosters were taken out from the same batch. One part of the testes were used to extract the total protein by Western blot to detect the expression of the proteins after freezed in liquid nitrogen. The other part of the testes were analyzed by immunohistochemisty to study localization of target proteins, then to determine and discuss the localization and the expression of NGF and its receptor NGFR (P75) in the testes of roosters. The results showed that NGF and P75 proteins expressed in the testicular tissues during different developmental stages. With the increase of age, the expression parts had changed, and the expression quantities of NGF and P75 kept raise. The results of this study are important for elucidating the molecular mechanism of NGF and its receptors in avian reproductive development.
