造碎率对干法再造烟叶品质的影响

摘要：

对干法再造烟叶切丝后,设计并制备不同造碎率(理论值分别为0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、12%)的样品,研究造碎率对干法再造烟叶品质的影响,以指导干法再造烟叶的生产。结果表明,在造碎率≤8.36%时,造碎对干法再造烟叶的化学指标、烟气指标、致香成分和感官质量评价均无明显影响;超过8.36%后,造碎对干法再造烟叶的化学指标、烟气指标和致香成分无明显影响,但使其感官质量水平明显下降。因此,在干法再造烟叶的实际生产中,应确保产品造碎率低于8.36%。

摘要：

After air-laid process tobacco sheet was shredded,samples with different breakage rates(theoretical value was separately 0,2%,4%,6%,8%,10%,12%) were prepared,and the influence of breakage rate on the property of air-laid process tobacco sheet was discussed,so as to determine a reasonable rate to guide the production of air-laid process tobacco sheet. Through the research in its chemical indicators,smoke components,aroma components and sensory quality,the results showed that: When the breakage rate was less than or equal to 8. 36%,the property of air-laid process tobacco sheet kept stable,and once it went over 8. 36%,the sensory property descended obviously,while the other indexes suffered no apparent effect. Therefore in the production of air-laid process tobacco sheet,the breakage rate should less than 8. 36%.
