干法再造烟叶与造纸法再造烟叶产品对比分析

摘要：

对比分析干法再造烟叶与造纸法再造烟叶的物理指标、化学指标、烟气指标、有害成分和抽吸品质,可为干法再造烟叶在卷烟中的应用提供理论依据。结果表明:与造纸法再造烟叶相比,干法再造烟叶的松厚度、涂布率、填充值较高,总糖、还原糖含量较高,焦油、CO及有害成分的释放量较低,感官质量较好,烟草本香充足。可见,干法再造烟叶的各项产品指标达到甚至超过了造纸法再造烟叶的水平,为卷烟设计提供了一种新的高品质原料。预计干法再造烟叶将成为造纸法再造烟叶的有效补充,也将成为中式卷烟材料的重要组成部分。

摘要：

The differences between air-laid process tobacco sheet and paper-making process tobacco sheet on physical indexes,chemical indexes,smoke indexes,harmful component and sensory quality were studied with the purpose of providing scientific basic for the application of air-laid process tobacco sheet in cigarette flavoring. The results showed that: the bulk,spreading rate and filling value of air-laid process tobacco sheet were higher than those of paper-making process tobacco sheet. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were higher than those of paper-making process tobacco sheet as well. The contents of tar,CO and most of the harmful components were less than those of paper-making process tobacco sheet. The sensory quality of air-laid process tobacco sheet was good. In a word,the air-laid process tobacco sheet met or even exceeded papermaking process tobacco sheet on all the properties,which would provide a new high quality material for cigarette design. It is expected that the air-laid process tobacco sheet will become an effective supplement to paper-making process tobacco sheet and play an important role in Chinese type cigarettes in the near future.
