~(60)Co-γ射线辐射对乌桕生物学效应研究初报

摘  要:
利用100Gy、200Gy、300Gy、400Gy 4种剂量60Co-γ射线处理乌桕种子,研究乌桕种子发芽率和株高的变化差异。结果表明:乌桕辐照半致死剂量在200Gy~300Gy之间,半致矮剂量在200Gy,100Gy剂量有利于乌桕幼苗生长,同时发现了乌桕心形叶新品系—"红心1号"。

摘  要:
The seeds of Sapium sebiferum were irradiated by different doses(100、200、300、400Gy) of ~(60)Coγ-ray. The difference of plant height and the germination of seeds were investigated. The results indicated that the midian lethal dose of Sapium sebiferum between 200Gy to 300Gy, the midian dwarfing dose is 200Gy, 100Gy dose favored the growth of Sapium sebiferum, A new strain of heart-shaped Sapium sebiferum named "hongxin NO.1" was found.
