黄硬皮马勃子实体提取物抑菌活性

摘  要:
采用丙酮、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚、95%乙醇6种不同溶剂分别提取黄硬皮马勃(Scleroderma sinnamariense)子实体活性物质,并用纸片琼脂法测定黄硬皮马勃子实体提取物对4种细菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:提取物对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的抑菌效果最好,其次是枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)抑菌效果较弱,对四叠球菌(Micrococcus tetragenus)无明显抑菌效果;6种不同溶剂提取物对不同的细菌表现出相同抑菌规律,其中95%乙醇提取物的抑菌效果相对较强,抑菌圈直径可达30.83 mm,该溶剂的提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.15、0.23mg/mL。

摘  要:
Scleroderma sinnamariense fruit bodies were extracted by static immersion for 10 h at room temperature in 30 volumes of acetone,hexane,ethyl acetate,n-butanol,petroleum ether,95% ethanol or water,and the extracts were evaluated for antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Micrococcus tetragenus.Extracts prepared using organic solvents were relatively highly inhibitory of E coli and B.subtilis growth,especially those prepared with 95% ethanol,but none of the extracts had any effect on the growth of Micrococcus tetragenus.Minimal inhibitory concentrations of95% ethanol extracts were 0.15mg/mL and 0.23mg/mL for E.coli and B.subtilis,respectively.
