摘  要:
通过酶解温度、酶解时间和再生培养基对小单孢菌40027菌株原生质体形成和再生的研究,确定小单孢菌40027菌株原生质体制备条件为37℃酶解60min;原生质体的再生培养基为R-1培养基。

摘  要:
The effects of lytic temperature, lytic time and regeneration medium on the formation and regeneration of protoplasts in Micromonospora sp.40027 were studied. The result showed that optimal lytic temperature and lytic time were 37℃ and 60 mins, and optimal regeneration medium was R-1.
