小单孢菌211003的分离及16S rRNA基因序列分析

摘  要:
小单孢菌211003分离自海南红树植物海膝根围土壤,采用干热100℃、60 min的预处理,葡萄糖天门冬素培养基(GA)作为分离培养基。该菌株革兰氏阳性,橘黄色基内菌丝,产单个孢子。经16S rRNA基因序列分析,归到小单孢菌属,并成一独立分支。并与M.siamensis TT2-4T的相似率最高,为98.415%。初步判定菌株211003为小单孢菌属一个潜在的新种。

摘  要:
Using pretreatment of hot heat 100 ℃ for 60 min,Micromonspora sp.211003 was isolated from GA-vitamin selective media.The strain is G+,and single spores were formed on yellowish substrate hyphae.An almost-complete 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed the isolate was assigned to the genus Micromonospora and was form a cluster separately.The highest levels of similarity were with M.siamensis TT2-4T(98.415%).Based on the analysis,the isolate should be a new member of Micromonospora.
