摘  要:
研究了不同浓度二甲基亚砜对小单孢菌基因组DNA PCR扩增的影响,结果表明,在以小单孢菌基因组DNA为模板的PCR扩增体系中,加入终浓度为2.5%或4.0%的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)有利于PCR扩增。

摘  要:
Effects of DMSO concentration on the PCR Amplification of GC-rich Micromonospora Genome DNA was investigated.The results showed that PCR Amplification was significantly improved at concentration of 2.5% or 4.0% DMSO in GC-rich Micromonospora Genome DNA template.
