提高职业学校图书馆管理的顾客满意度

顾客满意,是顾客的需要被满足后的愉悦感。它是一个企业生存所必须具备的基本要素,在市场经济高度发展的背景下,它不仅是企业管理界的基本思想,也成为社会上各行各业都需要考虑和关注的问题。本文将顾客满意这个概念引进作为职业学校图书馆的管理当中,针对职业学校图书馆管理偏离顾客中心的现状和弊端,分析原因,提出策略,以期更好地促进职业学校图书馆乃至整个职业教育的发展。

摘  要:
Customers’ satisfaction means a pleasure after their needs being met.It is one of the basic elements which enterprise keeps alive.In the background of highly-developed market economy,customers’ satisfaction is not only the basic thought of business management,but the focus people from all walks of life should give thought to.The concept of the management of vocational school library is being introduced in this paper.Facing the current situation that the management is far from customer-centered and its obvious disadvantages,the paper aims at analyzing the reason and putting forward strategies,expecting to promote the further development of vocational school and even the whole vocational education.
