湖北香菇春栽模式下子实体的富硒规律研究

摘  要:
在香菇(Lentinula edodes)春季栽培模式下,以‘香9608’、‘庆元9015’和‘香908’为供试品种,在培养料中添加亚硒酸钠,当培养料中硒含量为30 mg·kg~(-1)时,‘香9608’的富硒能力明显高于‘庆元9015’和‘香908’。以‘香9608’为供试品种进行实验,当培养料中硒添加量为0~60 mg·kg~(-1)时,随培养料中硒含量的增加,菌盖中总硒含量也增加;当培养料中硒添加量≤8 mg·kg~(-1)时,菌盖中总硒含量与培养料中硒含量呈较好的线性关系(R~2=0.991),且子实体产量与对照无显著差异;子实体各个部位的总硒含量从高到低依次为菌褶>菌盖>菌柄;当培养料中硒添加量为0~1 mg·kg~(-1)时,随培养料中硒含量增加,菌盖和菌柄中有机硒占总硒的比例降低;当培养料中硒添加量为1~4 mg·kg~(-1)时,菌盖和菌柄中有机硒占总硒的比例分别保持在57.48%~62.73%和40.63%~46.10%。用富硒米糠替代常规栽培料中的麸皮栽培‘香9608’,菌盖和菌柄中总硒含量随着富硒米糠添加比例的增加而上升。

摘  要:
Under the spring cultivation mode, three Lentinula edodes strains, ‘Xiang 9608', ‘Xiang 908' and ‘Qingyuan 9015' were cultivated on substrates supplemented with sodium selenite. When selenium(Se) content in the culture substrate was 30 mg·kg~(-1), ‘Xiang 9608' showed significantly greater capacity on Se enrichment than the other two strains. Then ‘Xiang 9608' was further studied for Se enrichment pattern in the first flush fruiting bodies of L. edodes. The result showed that Se content in pilei positively correlated with substrate Se content within the range of 0-60 mg·kg~(-1). There was a linear relationship(R~2=0.991) between total Se content in pilei and substrate Se content ≤8 mg·kg~(-1). Fruiting body yields of ‘Xiang 9608' cultivated ≤8 mg·kg~(-1) Se were the same as the control group. For the distribution of Se in a fruiting body cultivated with ≤8 mg·kg~(-1) substrate Se, the order from high to low was gill, pileus and stipe. When the substrate Se content was 0-1 mg·kg~(-1), the proportion of organic Se decreased in both pilei and stipes as the substrate Se content increased. When Se was 1-4 mg·kg~(-1) in the substrate, the proportion of organic Se in pilei and stipes were maintained 57.48%-62.73% and 40.63%-46.10%, respectively. When Se-enriched rice bran was used in replacement of the traditional wheat bran in the substrate, Se content in pilei and stipes increased as the proportion of Se-enriched rice bran in the substrate increased.
