摘  要：
新一轮退耕还林的实施,是推进生态文明建设的战略举措,也是全面加快小康社会建设的有效途径.通过分析贵州省新一轮退耕地还林实施过程中存在的问题,依据相关政策和《新一轮退耕还林还草总体方案》(发改西部[2014]1772号)的要求,针对性地提出了对策与建议,以期为巩固退耕还林成果提供借鉴.

摘  要：
The implementation of returning farmland to forestry is a strategic measure to promote the construction of ecological civilization and an effective way to speed up the construction of a well-off society.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the implementation of returning farmland to forestry in Guizhou Province and the requirements of the relevant policies and the General Plan for Returning Farmland to Forestry and Grass,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward as the reference for consolidating the achievements of returning farmland to forestry.
