L-色氨酸发酵条件研究

摘  要:
对谷氨酸棒杆菌JZ3356发酵的接种量、发酵温度和溶氧浓度等条件进行了研究。结果表明:该菌株的最佳发酵培养基组成为葡萄糖30 g/L、(NH4)2SO440 g/L、苯丙氨酸0.2 g/L、酪氨酸0.2 g/L、玉米浆25 mL/L、KH2PO410 g/L、MgSO4.7H2O4 g/L、Na2SO40.002 g/L、FeSO4.7H2O0.01 g/L、VB1100μg/L和VH50μg/L,流加糖为浓度70%的葡萄糖(质量体积比);最佳发酵条件为pH值6.8,温度35℃,接种量10%,溶氧浓度控制在20%~30%。

摘  要:
Corynebacterium glutamicum JZ3356 was L-tryptophan fermentation producing strain.The fermentation conditions such as inoculum size,temperature and dissolved oxygen concentration were studied.The results showed that the best fermentation medium included 30 g/L glucose,40 g/L(NH_4)_2SO_4,0.2 g/L phenylalanine,0.2 g/L tyrosine,25 mL/L corn steep liquor,10 g/L KH_2PO_4,4 g/L MgSO_4·7H_2O,0.002 g/L Na_2SO_4,0.01 g/L FeSO_4·7H_2O,100 μg/L VB_1 and 50 μg/L VH.The best fermentation conditions were pH 6.8 at 35 ℃ with 10% of inoculum size.The dissolved oxygen concentration was 20%-30%.
