乳酸片球菌对断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道微生物的影响

摘  要：
本试验旨在研究日粮中添加乳酸片球菌制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、消化代谢及肠道菌群的影响,为乳酸片球菌在断奶仔猪生产上的应用提供科学依据。试验选用120头28日龄体重相近的健康状况良好的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ分别在基础日粮中添加0. 01%、0. 15%和0. 30%的乳酸片球菌制剂(乳酸片球菌≥1. 0×10~9CFU/g)。结果表明:试验组仔猪平均日增重比对照组分别提高了8. 82%、15. 06%和11. 53%,料重比分别降低了6. 77%、10. 53%和8. 27%,差异显著(P <0. 05);试验组仔猪的粗蛋白、粗纤维和磷的消化率均得到显著提高(P <0. 05)。乳酸片球菌使仔猪腹泻情况得到明显改善,试验组腹泻率显著降低(P <0. 05),比对照组降低了51. 08%、69. 09%和55. 84%,腹泻指数也显著下降(P <0. 05),肠道中有益微生物乳酸菌增多而有害微生物大肠杆菌减少。综上,乳酸片球菌能够改善断奶仔猪肠道健康,提高生长性能,日粮中乳酸片球菌的添加量以0. 15%效果最佳。

摘  要：
In order to provide a scientific basis for the application of Pediococcus acidilactici in weaned piglets,the effects of dietary supplementation of Pediococcus acidilactici on growth performance,digestive metabolism and intestinal flora of weaned piglets were studied. One hundred and twenty 28-day-old"Duroc ×Landrace × Yorkshire"weaned piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with 3 repeats,10 piglets per repeat. The control group fed the basic diet,and the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲfed the basic diet with 0. 01%,0. 15% and 0. 30% of Pediococcus acidilactici preparation( Pediococcus acidilactici content ≥1. 0 × 10~9 CFU/g). The results showed that Pediococcus acidilactici could significantly increase the daily gain by 8. 82%,15. 06% and 11. 53%( P < 0. 05),and significantly decrease the feed/gain ratio of weaned piglets by 6. 77%,10. 53% and 8. 27%( P < 0. 05). The crude protein,crude fiber and phosphorus digestibility of test groups improved significantly( P < 0. 05). Pediococcus acidilactici could significantly improve the piglet health conditions,decrease diarrhea index significantly( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the diarrhea ratio of the experimental groups decreased by 51. 08%,69. 09% and55. 84%,respectively. Pediococcus acidilactici increased the beneficial intestinal microorganism Lactobacillus and reduced the harmful microorganism Escherichia coli. In conclusion,Pediococcus acidilactici could improve the intestinal health and growth performance of weaned piglets,and the appropriate Pediococcus acidilactici supplemental level was 0. 15%.
