烟夜蛾核型多角体病毒的毒力生物测定

摘  要:
本文用 10 1 ~ 10 5PIB/ m L 5种浓度多角体悬浮液感染烟夜蛾 3龄幼虫 ,测得浓度与死亡率的回归直线方程式为 :y=3.71+0 .6 2 x,L C50 为 12 0 .41PIB/ m L。5种浓度的 L T50 分别为 11.7d、9.1d、8.0 d、7.2 d、6 .5 d。结果表明该病毒株的毒力很强 ,具有较好的应用潜力

摘  要:
The 3rd instar larva of the \%Heliothis Assaulta\% were infected with \%Heliothis Assaulta\% nuclear polyhedrosis virus (HaNPV) suspension in five concentrations from 10 to 10 5 PIB/mL The regression equation for the virus concentration to mortality was y=3 71+0 62x LC 50 was 120 41 PIB/mL The LT 50 were 11 7d, 9 1d, 8 0d, 7 2d, 6 5d respectively to the five virus concentrations It was shown that the isolated HaNPV had high virulence and possess the potential to be applied as insecticides
