统收式机采棉预清理装置研究现状

摘要：

统收式采棉机具有适应范围广、采收效率高的特点,能够很好地满足我国棉花种植制度多样性的现状。在采收清理过程中,预清理装置主要清理棉壳、枝干以及棉桃等大杂。其原理是利用籽棉与杂质在颗粒大小、重量及空气动力学性质上的差别,并借助刺钉辊筒或锯齿辊筒及相关配合部件,将杂质分离出去。本文介绍了预清理装置的基本原理及应用,并介绍了几种现有的机载预清理装置。并指出机载预清理装置的发展趋势。

摘要：

Features of cotton harvesters, such as good flexibility and high rate of harvesting, meet the status of Chinese diversity circumstance of planting patterns. Cotton cleaner can clean out big impurities, such as cotton hull, branches and cotton boll, during the process of cleaning. The principle bases on the difference of size, weight and aerodynamic property of impurities, barbed nail drum or saw tooth-clothed drum and relative parts are used to clean out impurities. Several cotton cleaners were introduced and the future of cotton harvester was proposed.
