统收式采棉机清杂系统的设计及运动学分析

摘  要:
针对目前统收式机采棉含杂率比较高这一现状,对国内外采棉机清杂系统的分离方法和分离理论进行探究,明确了不同清杂系统的优点和不足,通过研究棉花及其杂质的物料特性,确定了统收式采棉机清杂系统的各部件参数。同时,对统收式采棉机清杂系统工作机理、组件结构及性能进行理论分析和仿真分析,优化了此装置的设计参数。结果表明:当钉齿滚筒的转速在300~400r/min时,清杂系统的工作情况最为稳定,清杂效率最高;当施加在出杂闭风器顶端边缘的力为20N时,其顶端位置、速度及加速度的变化是在可靠的范围之内的,出杂闭风器的工作性能稳定、性能可靠。

摘  要:
Commission revenue for the current cotton picker machine type impurity rate is relatively high in this situation,for domestic and foreign cotton picker clear separation methods and hybrid systems theory to explore the separation,clear the advantages and disadvantages of different hybrid systems clear,Cotton and material properties of impurities,to determine the parameters of the various components of the system closed- type cotton picker dockage system for key parts were three- dimensional solid modeling and assembly,to the commission closed type cotton picker dockage system working mechanism,the component structure and Theoretical analysis and simulation performance analysis and optimization of the design parameters of this device. When determining the rotational speed of the spiked rollers at 300 r / min- 400 r / min,dockage most stable operation of the system,the maximum cleaning efficiency of the hybrid when the hybrid is applied to the tip edge of the closing force of the wind is 20 N,the top end position,velocity,and acceleration of change is within a reliable range,the stability of the hybrid wind closing performance,reliable design.
