摘要：

统收式采棉机适应性强、效率高、价格低的特点尤为符合我国国情,但其采获籽棉含杂率高的特点一直困扰着采棉机制造厂及棉花加工厂,降低其籽棉含杂率具有重要意义。而解决该问题应在采收环节上(机载籽棉预处理机)下功夫,同时兼顾其"上游"(如棉花品种、脱叶、成熟度、含水率等),及"下游"(重视安全存放)。

摘要：

Features of the unified cotton harvesters, such as good flexibility and high rate of harvesting and cheap prices, meet the general situation of China.But the problem of high impurity rate of the cotton has bothered both harvester makers and cotton factories for a long time. Reducing the rate is of great im-portance. To solve the problem, we should put more time and energy in cotton harvesting(such as improve the mounted seed cotton cleaner), as well as the " upstream"(such as cotton breed, defoliation, ripeness and water content) and " downstream"(pay attention to safe storage).
