恙虫病立克次体蛋白抗原分子生物学研究进展

摘  要:
恙虫病立克次体是以恙螨为惟一传播媒介的病原体,目前研究较多的恙虫病立克次体蛋白抗原主要是相对分子量(Mr)为22000,47000,56000,58000和110000的蛋白。综述了Mr56000和58000等蛋白抗原的结构、基因结构及同源性、B细胞表位和T细胞表位、在诊断和分型上的应用价值以及作为候选疫苗的应用前景等,以期为恙虫病防治提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Orientia tsutsugamushi is a pathogen with chigger mites as the sole media. The researches of Orientia tsutsugamushi antigen mainly focus on the proteins with molecular weight (Mr) of 22 000, 47 000, 56 000, 58 000 and 110 000, etc. In the present article, we reviewed protein structure, gene structure and homology, B and T cell epitopes, application values of those antigen proteins in diagnosis and type classification, as well as the application prospects of the candidate vaccine, so as to provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of scrub typhus.
