生产毛尖茶和翠芽茶的整合生产线试验报告

摘  要:
毛尖茶和翠芽茶是绿茶中两种重要的花色品种,目前对它们的研究还不多,而将毛尖茶和翠芽茶生产线进行整形合成的新型生产加工的未见报道,本研究对毛尖茶和翠芽茶两条生产线各个工序的工艺和台时产量进行了研究,并在此基础上把两条生产线整合成新型的生产线,按此新型加工生产线进行生产,发现较现行相同加工能力的机具设备降低投资额度10%~30%;而且加工出的产品品质权数能达到同级茶青原料的95%以上。提高了生产效率,品质得到了保障,使得两种茶叶的生产更合理高效。

摘  要:
Maojian tea and Cuiya tea are two important kinds of designs and varieties Green Tea,at present also not much study on them,and will make new the production and processing of plastic synthetic Maojian tea and green tea production line has not been reported,the research process on Maojian tea and Cuiya tea two production lines of various process and output table were studied,and on this basis,the two production lines into new production lines,production according to the new production line,found the same processing capacity compared with the existing equipment to reduce the amount of investment of 10%~30%;and the processing of the product quality can reach the same level weight more than 95% of the amount of raw material.To improve the production efficiency,quality guaranteed,making two kinds of tea production is more reasonable and efficient.
