关于银杏叶茶加工技术几点思考

摘  要:
银杏叶除了能够治疗疾病外,还是一种重要的保健品资源。长期饮用银杏叶茶可以给人类带来健康。近年来,大多利用传统绿茶的生产工艺生产银杏叶茶。但由于银杏树鲜叶与茶树鲜叶有很大的差异,因此,我们不能完全按照绿茶生产工艺来生产银杏叶茶,而应根据其特点,探索出合理的生产工艺,生产优质银杏叶茶。从银杏叶茶工艺流程出发,分析了加工技术中各个步骤中应该注意的问题,以及在以前工艺的基础上提出了相应的改进措施,并对银杏叶茶加工业进行了展望。

Take in ginkgo leaf regularly can bring health to the humans.In rencent years,the manufacturing techniques for traditional green tea are mostly used for manufacturing ginkgo tea.Since there are many diffrences between ginkgo leaf and tea leaf,we can not make ginkgo tea completely with the manufacturing techniques for green tea ,but discover the reasonable methods with its own capabilities to manufacture high-quality ginkgo tea.This article starts from the process flow of ginkgo tea,analyzing the problems deserving extra attentions to all the steps for processing technics and coming up with correspondent improving measures on the basis of previous manufacturing arts,loking forward to the future of secondary sector of ginkgo tea as well.
