中国红茶2011年产销特点与2012年发展预测

摘  要:
近年来,金骏眉、英红九号等内销名优红茶成为我国内销市场茶叶消费的新热点,引发创新红茶产销两旺,内销增加。2011年我国茶叶总产量达162万t,红茶产量为11.4万t,红茶产量在茶叶总产量中的比重不断攀升,促使我国红茶产业进入转型升级的新阶段。就2011年我国红茶产销特点和存在问题进行概述,对2012红茶产业发展趋势进行预测,并就如何解决我国红茶产业发展中存在的问题提出对策建议。

摘  要:
Black tea,such as Yinghong 9 and Jinjunmei has been,promoted the progress of production and market in recent years. In 2011,the Chinese tea output amounted to 1 620 000 tons,black tea reached to 114 000 tons,the proportion climbing unceasingly in the tea output.The industry of black tea has to transform into the new stage.This paper overviewed the characteristics and problem for the black tea industry in 2011,and predicted the trends in 2012.Four advices were given on how to solve the problems in the development of black tea industry.
