紫外线对重组杆状病毒(AcMNPV-BmKIT-Chi)稳定性的影响

摘  要:
通过研究重组杆状病毒(AcMNPV-BmKIT-Chi)经紫外线照射后对棉铃虫幼虫的感染,来确定病毒对紫外线的稳定性。结果表明,不同浓度的病毒(2×106,2×107和2×108 PIBs/ml)经紫外线照射后,在感染前期受到一定的影响;同一浓度的病毒经紫外线照射不同时间(10,30,60,90,120 min)对病毒的毒力影响结果无明显趋势,但照射对其感染初期有一定的影响。从整个感染过程来看,紫外线对病毒的毒力效果无明显影响。

摘  要:
The experiment was performed to ascertain the stability of recombinant baculovirus(AcMNPV-BmKIT-Chi) ex-posed to ultraviolet light through virulence analysis.The results indicated that the viruses with different concentration(2×106,2× 107 and 2×108 PIBs/ml)were affected in the early days after exposure to UV light.Under UV light for different time(10,30,60,90,120 min),the virulence showed no evident effect except the early days.From the viewpoint of entire infection process,UV light showed no evident influence to the virulence of virus.
