摘  要：
种质库又称低温干燥种子贮藏库,是安全保存种子的科研设施且是重要的农林中草药业基础设施。但是,种质库建造是一项涉及多学科知识的复杂系统工程,国内外建造的不少中期种质库未能达到预期效果。为此,阐述了中期种质库建造的核心技术,包括中期种质库的布局、库房围护结构的建设、制冷除湿设备蒸发温度的确定、制冷除湿设备制冷量的确定,并列举了一个工程实例,以期促进中期种质库建造的顺利实施。

摘  要：
Genebank is also called the low temperature dry seed storage place,which is the safe preserved seed's scientific research facility and the important agriculture and forestry and Chinese herbal medicine infrastructure.But,because construction of the genebank is one complicated systems engineering that is involved with multidisciplinary knowledge,it have bring about many domestic and foreign the medium-term genebank being constructed not to be able to achieve the anticipated effect.To this end,core technology of the medium-term genebank construction is elaborated,including the medium-term genebank layout,the storehouse surrounding protection structure construction,evaporating temperature of the refrigeration dehumidification equipment being ascertain and refrigerating effect of the refrigeration dehumidification equipment being ascertain,And a engineering record has been take an example in order to promote the medium-term genebank construction to put into effect smoothly.
