强酸性树脂催化脂肪酸的甲酯化反应研究

摘  要:
对油脂脱臭馏出物中的脂肪酸采用强酸性树脂催化甲酯化反应。对树脂进行筛选,干燥,确定以干燥的DH强酸性树脂为甲酯化催化剂,对反应条件进行单因素分析和正交实验,随后进行了极差分析,确定了反应的最佳控制参数。实验表明,强酸性树脂对脂肪酸甲酯化反应有着很好的催化效果,甲酯化率97.9%,VE保留率94%。

摘  要:
The article carried out a series of experiments about methyl esterification of fatty acid in deodorizer distillate, which was catalyzed by thestronglyacidic cationic exchange resin. The resins were selected and dried. DH resin was chosen as the catalyst. In order to get optimal operating parameters, we undertake single-factor, orthogonal experiments and following range analysis. The results showed that strong acidic cationic exchange resin had perfect effect on catalyzing methyl esterification of fatty acid in deodorizer distillate; esterification rate was up to 97.9% and VE retention rate is 94%.
