公共图书馆应对MOOC的创新策略与服务实践

摘  要:
MOOC以全新的教育模式推动了教育改革,冲击了传统图书馆的服务理念,图书馆的地位和作用受到挑战。分析了MOOC对公共图书馆的影响,阐述了公共图书馆开展MOOC的有利因素,探讨了公共图书馆参与MOOC的版权风险,立足国情、馆情提出了公共图书馆应对MOOC创新策略:积极培训馆员,鼓励馆员参与MOOC课程,创建图书馆专属MOOC,参与MOOC平台指导,加强资源本土化建设,优化馆藏资源,宣传推广MOOC等,积极提升自身服务水平和质量。

摘  要:
MOOC, as a brand new educational mode, has pushed forward the service philosophy of traditional library and challenged its status and function. This paper presented the impacts of MOOC on public library, and analyze the advantages for public library to conduct MOOC, and discussed the copyright risks, and proposed the innovation strategies based on the reality to promote the service level and quality, such as training the librarians, encouraging their engagement in MOOC, establishing library-specific MOOC, participating in the interface instruction, strengthening resource localization, optimizing the collection, and spreading the application.
