摘  要:
为研究棉籽糖联合富硒乳酸菌对小鼠生长性能、血液生化指标、肠道菌群和免疫功能的影响,选取60只雌、雄各半昆明小鼠,随机均分为C组、T1组和T2组。C组饲喂基础饲粮,正常饮水;T1组饲喂添加0.3%棉籽糖的基础饲粮,正常饮水;T2组饲喂添加0.3%棉籽糖的基础饲粮,供富硒乳酸菌(硒浓度为0.6 mg/kg)的饮水,12 h/d。试验持续30 d。结果表明:各组小鼠生长性能及血液生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05);肠球菌T1与T2组均极显著低于C组(P<0.01),T2组的双歧杆菌数显著高于C组(P<0.05);各组小鼠的大肠杆菌与乳酸杆菌差异不显著(P>0.05);与C组相比,T2组IFN-γ显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组的IL-4均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,棉籽糖和富硒乳酸菌联合应用可改善小鼠肠道菌群功能并增强小鼠免疫功能,发挥作用大于棉籽糖。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of raffinose and Se-enriched Lactobacillus on growth performance, blood biochemical index, intestinal flora and immune function in mice. Sixty KM mice, female and male in half, were randomly assigned into three groups for a 30 days study. Mice in C group were fed with basal diets and normal water, mice in T1 group were fed with basal diets supplemented with 0.3% raffinose and normal water, and mice in T2 group were fed with basal diets supplemented with 0.3% raffinose and normal water supplemented with Se-enriched Lactobacillus. Se in T2 group was 0.6 mg/kg and was fed with 12 h/d. The results showed that there were no significant differences in growth performance and blood biochemical index of mice among T2 group, T1 group and control group(P>0.05); the levels of Enterococci in T1 and T2 groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01), the levels of Bifidobacterium in T2 group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), there were no significant differences in Colibacillus and Lactobacilli of mice among T2 group,T1 group and control group(P>0.05); the levels of IFN-γ in T2 groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01), the levels of IL-4 in T1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The results indicates that raffinose and Se-enriched Lactobacillus play a better role than raffinose in mice, which could regulate the intestinal flora and improve the immunity.
